Interactive Focus works with individuals, SME’s and Corporations on simple design to complex database management and support projects.

Where are your clients based?

Interactive Focus proudly works with clients Australia-wide and abroad with clients hailing primarily from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Consultation with interstate clients is generally arranged via telephone, Skype and/or email although face-to-face appointments can be arranged at your discretion.

What is your philosophy when it comes to design?

Good design provides emphasis on a message. It can be used sparingly, yet provide equal or better results than a more outrageous counterpart. Good design is also a matter of personal taste and industry and I work hard to establish a balance to maximize the potential of your website.

How much do your services cost?

Service costs are based on the size of each project.

Will your design service integrate with my existing advertising medium?

Unless you specify otherwise, yes; it is good practice to base your website on your existing business identity, however Interactive Focus has helped businesses create and refresh their business identities for the internet. Please visit the portfolio section for some examples.

Do you tend to work with existing businesses or start-ups?

Interactive Focus prefers to work with clients who have a direction for their website.

Do you prepare Design Briefs?

Yes, a Design Brief is generally drawn up after your initial consult. Should you decide not to use the services of Interactive Focus, you are subject to costs associated with this service and you will be supplied with all associated files.

Do you manage websites?

Yes, website management is available for all clients. This service includes regular website backups, email management and technical support for down times.

How are you different from other Web Design Firms?

Web Firms generally associate new projects with a number. This number determines your priority as a client and production may vary depending on the firms existing workload.

Interactive Focus works exclusively on a small number of projects, to ensure that you receive a top quality service to meet your requirements in an efficient and timely manner.

I focus primarily on web-based design and online advertising. This includes banners, online identity and graphics optimised for the internet.

Who's behind Interactive Focus?

Interactive Focus is the work of Philipp Hartle, a Brisbane-based Web Designer with over 5 years experience. Philipp has worked with some of Brisbane’s leading Web Firms at a Project Management capacity, to design, develop, integrate and manage over 100 websites. How long have you been established?

Having previously operated as a Sole Trader, Phil has been operating his Web Design business since 2003. Over this period, he has provided his knowledge and expertise to a small group of clients for some extra income on the side. In July 2007, Phil grew tired of working for the man and decided to focus his attention on his own business ideas. Philipp now enjoys the benefits of working exclusively with a small, select group of clients at his own accord and wouldn’t have it any other way.
